Delivery happens inside client infrastructure
Forticer works end to end inside the environment the client already runs. Nothing moves to a separate Forticer system.
Client environment
Work happens in client GitHub and client cloud. Code and data stay where the client controls them.
Secured access
Access is least privilege, scoped to the engagement, and revoked at the end. It runs through the controls the client already operates.
GDPR as the baseline
GDPR is the floor, not the ceiling. Data never leaves infrastructure the client already governs.
One accountable owner
One owner is accountable for the delivery, not a rotating bench. The person who scopes the work delivers it.
Three ways in. Each ends in a capability you own.
Strategy
Infrastructure audit, technology selection, build-vs-buy. A concrete execution roadmap your CFO can read, not a pitch deck.

What is an embedded team?
An embedded team is one or more senior engineers who join the team a client already runs and take accountability for a deliverable from first commit to production. Forticer places a technical manager who owns the outcome, works inside the tools and cloud the client controls, and stays until the system is live and handed back. It is delivery ownership, not headcount by the seat.
Does Forticer only work as an embedded engineering team?
No. An embedded team is one of three ways to engage Forticer. Clients can also commission a fixed price project with a defined outcome and timeline, or a managed support retainer for a live system. The model changes, but the principle does not: one accountable owner is measured on the deliverable, and every engagement leaves a working system with a team that can run it.
How is Forticer different from offshore staff augmentation?
Staff augmentation rents seats and bills by the hour, with a rotating bench and no single owner. Forticer places one accountable technical manager who is measured on the deliverable, not on hours logged. Senior engineers plug in, lift the level of the team around them, and leave a working system with a team that can run it. The model can be offshore, but it is delivery, not a body shop.
Where is Forticer based, and which regions does it serve?
Forticer runs as one firm across three entities, with offices in Florida in the United States, London in the United Kingdom, and Lahore in Pakistan. It serves teams across the United States, the Netherlands, Germany, the United Kingdom, wider Europe and worldwide, onshore and offshore.
Does Forticer deliver onshore or offshore?
Both. Forticer delivers onshore, nearshore and offshore, and the model stays the same in every case. One accountable technical manager owns the deliverable, senior engineers embed in the team the client already runs, and the work happens inside the environment the client controls.
What does Forticer build?
Forticer builds and runs data and AI systems: AI and GenAI, agentic AI, retrieval augmented generation, the Model Context Protocol, data engineering, data platforms and lakehouse, cloud migration on AWS, GCP and Azure, analytics and BI, and custom software. Every build is production grade, not a prototype.
How do engagements start?
Engagements start in one of three ways: a fixed price project with a defined outcome and timeline, a managed support retainer for a live system, or an embedded team of senior engineers who plug into the team the client already runs. Most begin with a short discovery call rather than a form.
